Common use of Unreleased Shares Clause in Contracts

Unreleased Shares. Any of the Restricted Shares which, from time to time, have not yet been released from the Forfeiture Restriction are referred to herein as “Unreleased Shares.” Unreleased Shares shall deemed to be “Unvested Incentive Shares” (as defined in the Stockholders’ Agreement) for all purposes under the Stockholders’ Agreement.
