Common use of UNRESTRICTED ENFORCEMENT Clause in Contracts

UNRESTRICTED ENFORCEMENT. The Security Trustee need not before exercising any of the rights, powers or remedies conferred upon it by this Deed or by law (i) take action or obtain judgment in any court against the Chargor, any other person, (ii) make or file any claim or prove in a winding-up or liquidation of the Chargor or of any other person or (iii) enforce or seek to enforce the recovery of the monies and liabilities hereby secured by any other security or other rights and may be enforced for any balance due after resorting to any one or more other means of obtaining payment or discharge of the monies, obligations and liabilities hereby secured.
