UNRESTRICTED REMEDIES. Nothing in clause 23.2 limits the Approved Seller in: (a) obtaining an injunction or other order to restrain any breach of this agreement by any party; (b) obtaining declaratory relief; or (c) in relation to its rights under the Security Trust Deed.
