Common use of Unsatisfied Judgment Clause in Contracts

Unsatisfied Judgment. One or more judgment(s) or order(s) for the payment of an aggregate amount of no less than US$10,000,000 is rendered against the Company or its Subsidiaries and continue(s) unappealed, unsatisfied and unstayed for a period of sixty (60) days after the date(s) thereof or, if later, the date therein specified for payment.
