Common use of Unsatisfied Judgments Clause in Contracts

Unsatisfied Judgments. With respect to Party B, the party, any Credit Support Provider of such party or any Specified Entity of such party for the purpose of Section 5(a)(vii) has a final judgment issued against it by a court of competent jurisdiction in an amount in excess of $100,000, and such judgment is not discharged or its execution stayed pending appeal within 60 days of such judgment or such judgment is not discharged within 60 days of the expiration of any such stay."

Unsatisfied Judgments. With respect to Party B, the party, any Credit Support Provider of such party or any Specified Entity of such party for the purpose of Section 5(a)(vii) has a final judgment issued against it by a court of competent jurisdiction in an amount in excess of $100,000, and such judgment is not discharged or its execution stayed pending appeal within 60 30 days of such judgment or such judgment is not discharged within 60 30 days of the expiration of any such stay."”
