Until Bank is notified by Borrower. to the contrary in writing by registered or certified mail directed to Bank's principal place of business, the signature upon this Agreement or upon any of the Other Agreements of any partner, manager, employee or agent of the Borrower, or of any other Person designated in writing to Bank by any of the foregoing, shall bind Borrower and be deemed to be the duly authorized act of Borrower.
