Common use of Untrue Representations Clause in Contracts

Untrue Representations. The Purchaser shall promptly notify the Seller in writing if the Purchaser becomes aware of any fact or condition that makes untrue, or shows to have been untrue, in any material respect, any representation or warranty made in this Agreement or that results in the Purchaser’s failure to comply with any covenant, condition or agreement contained in this Agreement.

Untrue Representations. The Purchaser Seller shall promptly notify the Seller Purchaser in writing if the Purchaser Seller becomes aware of any fact or condition that makes untrue, or shows to have been untrue, in any material respect, any representation or warranty made in this Agreement or that results in the PurchaserSeller’s failure to comply with any covenant, condition or agreement contained in this Agreement.

The Purchaser Seller shall promptly notify the Seller Buyer in writing if the Purchaser it becomes aware of any fact or condition that makes untrue, or shows to have been untrue, in any material respect, any representation or warranty made by the Seller in this Agreement or that results in the Purchaser’s failure of it to comply with any covenant, condition or agreement with respect to the Seller contained in this Agreement.

Seller will notify Purchaser within a reasonable period of time in writing if it becomes aware of any fact or condition which makes untrue, or shows to have been untrue, in any material respect, any representation or warranty made in this Agreement or that results in the herein by Purchaser’s failure to comply with any covenant, condition or agreement contained in this Agreement.
