Common use of UNUSABLE PRODUCT Clause in Contracts

UNUSABLE PRODUCT. Any claim that delivered product is unusable (damaged, rotten, non-edible, unacceptable substitution, etc.), shall be resolved by credit, substitution or any other applicable means for resolution within three (3) business days upon written notice from receiving Authorized User. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached between the Authorized User and the Contractor, a decision may be made by OGS that shall be final.
