Common use of Unused Aircraft Clause in Contracts

Unused Aircraft. During the Term, should any Aircraft remain temporarily unused for less than thirty (30) Days by the Company for whatever reason, the Company shall not request or obtain from the Provider a change in prices or terms and conditions set out in this Agreement in Clauses 10 and 12.
