Common use of Unvested Options and Stock Appreciation Rights Clause in Contracts

Unvested Options and Stock Appreciation Rights. All Options or Stock Appreciation Rights which have not vested as of the Termination Date, and which have not expired or otherwise terminated, shall continue to vest after the Termination Date in accordance with their respective terms as if Executive were still employed by the Company, and shall remain vested and exercisable through the expiration of their respective terms (in each case as set forth in the applicable option or stock appreciation rights agreements or notices) and shall thereafter terminate.
