Common use of Up-Front License Fee Clause in Contracts

Up-Front License Fee. Digital LAVA shall pay to Cinax an up front licensing fee of *****(1) for use of the Engine. *****(1) will be due net thirty (30) days from the later of (i) acceptance by Digital LAVA of the Final Deliverable or (ii) receipt by Digital LAVA of a Cinax invoice associated with the Final Deliverable, and the balance of *****(1) on the first reporting date as per Schedule A.
