Upcoming Required Actions. There are no actions that must be taken within 120 days after the Effective Date, including the payment of any registration, maintenance or renewal fees or the filing of any responses to office actions, documents, applications or certificates for the purposes of obtaining, maintaining, perfecting or preserving or renewing any Purchased Patent, except as specifically identified in Exhibit C.
