Common use of UPDATE CERTIFICATE Clause in Contracts

UPDATE CERTIFICATE. Buyer shall have received a certificate or certificates, dated the Closing Date, signed by the Company and each of the Sellers as to the matters set forth in Sections 7.1 and 7.2.
