Common use of Update Certificate Clause in Contracts

Update Certificate. The Company and the Sellers shall have received a certificate or certificates, dated the Closing Date, signed by Buyer as to the matters set forth in Sections 8.1 and 8.2.

Update Certificate. The Company and the Sellers Buyer shall have received a certificate or certificatesfavorable certificate, dated the Closing Date, signed by Buyer the Company as to the matters set forth in Sections 8.1 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4 and 8.27.12.
