Update of Provider Information. Contractor shall notify DES Contract Manager promptly of any change to information provided in Contract Management section of the Special Terms and Conditions or to any other material information contained in this Contract or otherwise provided to DES. Contractor must provide DES with current copies of licensing, insurance and other required documents (including renewals) as identified in this Contract.
