Updated and Current Information Clause Samples

The "Updated and Current Information" clause requires parties to provide and maintain accurate, up-to-date information throughout the duration of an agreement. Typically, this means that if a party’s contact details, business status, or other relevant information changes, they must promptly notify the other party. This clause ensures that all parties can reliably communicate and fulfill their obligations, reducing the risk of misunderstandings or missed notifications due to outdated information.
