Updated Comfort Letter. At the Closing Date, you shall have received from L.L. Bradford & Company, LLC a letter, in form and substance satisfactory to you and dated as of the Closing Date, to the effect that they reaffirm the statements made in the letter furnished pursuant to Section 7(e) above, except that the specified date referred to shall be a date not more than five (5) days prior to the Closing Date.
