Common use of Updated Rent Roll Clause in Contracts

Updated Rent Roll. An update of the Rent Roll certified by Seller to be true and accurate as of a date within three days of the Closing Date.

Updated Rent Roll. An update of the updated Rent Roll and a delinquency report for Seller’s Property which shall be certified as true and correct by Seller to be true and accurate as of a date within three days (3) Business Days of the Closing Date.
