Updated Terms and Conditions. Contractor may modify its terms and conditions at any time by posting a revised version on its website (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxx-xxx) or otherwise providing notice to Customer. Such terms shall become effective and binding between the Parties upon commencement of any Renewal Term thereafter.
