Common use of Updates and Amendments to the Development Plan Clause in Contracts

Updates and Amendments to the Development Plan. The Parties shall amend the Development Plan at least once every twelve (12) months to expand and refine the description of the activities specified in the initial Development Plan or other then current Development Plan and to add other development activities, and the anticipated schedule and budgets for all such activities. Such amended Development Plan shall become effective only upon the approval of the Joint Development Committee. If the Parties fail to update the Development Plan as required by this Section 3.3 the most recently approved Development Plan shall continue in effect until such time as an amended Development Plan becomes effective.
