Updates of Representations. Borrower shall deliver to Lender within ten (10) Business Days of the request of Lender an Officer’s Certificate updating all of the representations and warranties contained in this Security Instrument and the other Loan Documents and certifying that all of the representations and warranties contained in this Security Instrument and the other Loan Documents, as updated pursuant to such Officer’s Certificate, are true, accurate and complete in all material respects as of the date of such Officer’s Certificate or shall set forth the exceptions to representations and/or warranties in reasonable detail, as applicable, and, upon Lender’s request for further information with respect to such exceptions, shall provide Lender such additional information as Lender may reasonably request

Notwithstanding the foregoing, provided that no Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, Borrower shall not be required to deliver the foregoing Officer’s Certificate more than two (2) times during the term of the Loan.
