Updates to MSAG. It shall be the responsibility of AT&T to ensure that the address of each of its end users is included in the Master Street Address Guide ("MSAG") via information provided on AT&T's Local Service Request ("LSR") or via a separate feed established by AT&T and GTE pursuant to Section 37.10.5 of this Agreement. Any MSAG change that appears to be required by AT&T must be approved by the County. Within thirty (30) days after the Effective Date of this Agreement, GTE shall provide AT&T with an initial electronic copy and a paper copy of the MSAG or its equivalent. Prior to the time that updates are available electronically, GTE will provide updates to AT&T on a monthly basis. Thereafter, GTE will provide updates to AT&T as changes are made.
Updates to MSAG. Upon receipt of an error recording an NEN subscriber's address from GTE, and where GTE is the lead telco, it shall be the responsibility of NEN to ensure that the address of each of its end-users is included in the Master Street Address Guide (MSAG) via information provided on NEN's LSR or via a separate feed established by NEN pursuant to Section 3.4.5.7 of this Article.

Upon receipt of an error recording an DTI subscriber's address from GTE, and where GTE is the lead telco, it shall be the responsibility of DTI to ensure that the address of each of its end users is included in the Master Street Address Guide ("MSAG") via information provided on DTI's Local Service Request ("LSR") or via a separate feed established by DTI pursuant to Section 4.4.5.7 of this Article.

Upon receipt of an error recording an US Dial Tone subscriber's address from GTE, and where GTE is the lead telco, it shall be the responsibility of US Dial Tone to ensure that the address of each of its end-users is included in the Master Street Address Guide (MSAG) via information provided on US Dial Tone's LSR or via a separate feed established by US Dial Tone pursuant to Section 3.4.5.7 of this Article.

Upon receipt of an error recording an NEWSOUTH subscriber's address from GTE, and where GTE is the lead telco, it shall be the responsibility of NEWSOUTH to ensure that the address of each of its end-users is included in the Master Street Address Guide (MSAG) via information provided on NEWSOUTH's LSR or via a separate feed established by NEWSOUTH pursuant to Section 3.4.5.7 of this Article.

Upon receipt of an error recording an AWS subscriber's address from GTE, and where GTE is the lead telco, it shall be the responsibility of AWS to ensure that the address of each of its end-users is included in the Master Street Address Guide (MSAG) via information provided on AWS's LSR or via a separate feed established by AWS pursuant to Section 3.4.5.7 of this Article.

Upon receipt of an error recording an MEBTEL subscriber's address from GTE, and where GTE is the lead telco, it shall be the responsibility of MEBTEL to ensure that the address of each of its end-users is included in the Master Street Address Guide (MSAG) via information provided on MEBTEL's LSR or via a separate feed established by MEBTEL pursuant to Section 3.4.5.7 of this Article.
Updates to MSAG. It shall be the responsibility of Valu-Line to ensure that the address of each of its end users is included in the Master Street Address Guide (MSAG). Where GTE is the lead telco, GTE will accept address records provided on Valu-Line's Local Service Request ("LSR"). GTE and Valu-Line will work together to develop the process by which LSR errors out of the MSAG will be handled, with appropriate cost recovery to GTE. Where GTE is not the lead telco, GTE has no action and Valu-Line must establish a separate relationship with the lead telco to submit records for MSAG validation. Where GTE is the lead telco, it will have a copy of the MSAG and will provide a copy to Valu-Line upon request at a reasonable charge.
