3.2.2 Interconnection in the LATA shall be accomplished at any technically feasible point of Interconnection (an “Interconnection Point”) by any technically feasible means, including (i) a Fiber-Meet as provided in Section 3.3, or (ii) Collocation at any technically feasible Premise as provided in Article XII. For Interconnection methods other than a Fiber-Meet, CLEC will have the right to designate the Interconnection Point(s) in the LATA. For Interconnection by Fiber-Meet, the Parties shall mutually agree on the Interconnection Point(s). There will be at least one (1) Interconnection Point within the LATA; however, CLEC may designate additional Interconnection Points in the LATA, subject to the terms and conditions of this Article III.
3.2.3 If CLEC elects Collocation as an Interconnection method or elects a network architecture that requires CBT to Interconnect with CLEC’s facilities via Collocation, CLEC agrees to provide to CBT Collocation for purposes of that Interconnection on a nondiscriminatory basis and on rates, terms and conditions to be negotiated by the Parties under a separate agreement that are no less favorable than either (i) CBT provides to CLEC hereunder or (ii) unless the Commission finds otherwise.
3.2.4 Within ten (10) Business Days of a Party's request of any Interconnection Point, the other Party shall provide any information in its possession or of which it is actually aware regarding the environmental conditions of the Interconnection Point, including the existence and condition of asbestos, lead paint, hazardous substance contamination or radon. The Parties acknowledge that a Party's obligation under this Section 3.2.4 shall only require such Party to review any existing internal records of such Party. Nothing in this Section 3.2.4 shall require a Party to investigate and/or monitor, contain, clean, remove, restore or perform any remedial work of any kind or nature with respect to any environmental condition in or on such Interconnection Point, other than as required by Applicable Law.
Interconnection Points and Methods. 3.2.1 In each LATA identified on Schedule 2.1, Requesting Carrier and Ameritech shall Interconnect their networks at the correspondingly identified Ameritech and Requesting Carrier Wire Centers on Schedule 2.1 for the transmission and routing within that LATA of Telephone Exchange Service traffic and Exchange Access traffic pursuant to Section 251(c)(2) of the Act.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, as provided in Section 251(c)(2) of the Act, Requesting Carrier, at its option, may request Interconnection of its facilities and equipment to Ameritech's network at any technically feasible point in Ameritech's network including a mid-span meet arrangement at any transmission rate for a Telecommunications Service that Ameritech offers to itself, its subsidiaries, its Affiliates or other persons.
3.2.3 If Requesting Carrier elects Collocation as an Interconnection method or elects a network architecture that requires Ameritech to Interconnect with Requesting Carrier's facilities via Collocation, Requesting Carrier shall provide to Ameritech Collocation for purposes of that Interconnection on a nondiscriminatory basis and on rates, terms and conditions that are no less favorable than either (i) Ameritech provides to Requesting Carrier hereunder or (ii) Requesting Carrier provides to other similarly situated Telecommunications Carriers unless Requesting Carrier can demonstrate and the Commission agrees that (x) Requesting Carrier's costs to provide Collocation to Ameritech are greater than Ameritech's costs to provide Collocation to Requesting Carrier or (y) Requesting Carrier must make special arrangements to provide such Collocation to Ameritech in its Central Offices.
Interconnection Points and Methods. 37.1 In each LATA identified pursuant to the procedures of Section 37.6, AT&T and GTE shall Interconnect their networks at the GTE and AT&T Wire Centers identified in such notice for the transmission and routing within that LATA of Local Traffic and Exchange Access traffic.
37.2 Interconnection in each LATA shall be accomplished at any technically feasible point within GTE's networks for a given LATA, including through collocation in GTE’s Wire Centers as provided in Attachment 3. AT&T shall designate a minimum of one interconnection point within a LATA. If AT&T desires a single interconnection point within a LATA, AT&T shall ensure that GTE maintains the ability to bill for the services provided. AT&T may interconnect at one tandem in the LATA for exchange of local, mandatory EAS and IntraLATA toll traffic by bringing separate trunk groups to that interconnection point for each tandem in that LATA and then by using dedicated special access transport to extend the trunk group from the interconnection point to the designated tandem.
Interconnection Points and Methods. 3.2.1 In each LATA where the Parties interconnect, CLEC and SBC- AMERITECH agree to Interconnect their networks through existing and/or new Interconnection facilities between the SBC-AMERITECH End Office(s) and/or Tandem switches and CLEC Switch(es) for the transmission and routing of Telephone Exchange Service traffic and Exchange Access traffic pursuant to Section 251(c)(2) of the Act.
3.2.2 Interconnection shall be accomplished at any technically feasible point within the Parties’ networks through either: (i) Collocation in SBC-AMERITECH’s Tandem and End Offices as provided in Article XII; (ii) any other Interconnection Method which is consistent with the Act, including a Fiber Meet and Leased Facilities. Notwithstanding the foregoing, as provided in Section 251(c)(2) of the Act, CLEC, at its option, may request Interconnection of its facilities and equipment to SBC-AMERITECH’s network at any technically feasible point in SBC-AMERITECH’s network, for a Telecommunications Service that SBC-AMERITECH offers to itself, its subsidiaries, its Affiliates or other persons.
Interconnection Points and Methods. 3.2.1 In the LATA identified on Schedule 2.1, Sprint and CBT shall Interconnect their networks at the correspondingly identified Interconnection Points on Schedule 2.1 for the transmission and routing within that LATA of Telephone Exchange Service traffic and Exchange Access traffic pursuant to Section 251(c)(2) of the Act.
For Interconnection methods other than a Fiber-Meet, Sprint will have the right to designate the Interconnection Point(s) in the LATA. For Interconnection by Fiber-Meet, the Parties shall mutually agree on the Interconnection Point(s). There will be at least one (1) Interconnection Point within the LATA; however, Sprint may designate additional Interconnection Points in the LATA, subject to the terms and conditions of this Article III.
3.2.3 If Sprint elects Collocation as an Interconnection method or elects a network architecture that requires CBT to Interconnect with Sprint facilities via Collocation, Sprint agrees to provide to CBT Collocation for purposes of that Interconnection on a nondiscriminatory basis and on rates, terms and conditions to be negotiated by the Parties under a separate agreement that are no less favorable than either (i) CBT provides to Sprint hereunder or
