Updates to the Application Clause Samples

Updates to the Application. The Application may be updated by your dealer when your Vehicle is being serviced, or it may be updated remotely by Toyota from time to time. The Application may be updated for certain reasons, including, without limitation, to increase Application functionality, to patch or improve Application stability, new versions, and the like (collectively, "Updates"). By installing for the Application, you agree to such automatically requested and received remote Updates, and that such Updates are subject to this Agreement.

Updates to the Application. During the term of this Agreement. Corcentric agrees to provide DTNA at no charge with any and all Maintenance Changes to the Corcentric Technology that are made available to any other Corcentric customer at no charge. Corcentric also shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Enhancements as requested by DTNA to the Corcentric Technology at Corcentric published rates. Corcentric also agrees to periodically inform DTNA of Application Upgrades and Enhancements that Corcentric may have developed for other customers or clients on a non-exclusive basis and that Corcentric in its discretion determines may be useful to DTNA, and to make available to DTNA the same or similar Application Upgrades and Enhancements at the Lowest cost charged to such other customers or clients. In addition, should Corcentric develop or acquire New Products that are made available to other customers or clients on a non-exclusive basis and that Corcentric in its discretion determines may be useful to DTNA, Corcentric shall make available to DTNA the same or similar New Products upon similar terms and at the lowest cost charged to such other customers or clients.

Updates to the Application. The Company may from time to time in its sole discretion provide enhancements or improvements to the features/functionality of the Application, which may include patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades, new features and/or other modifications (collectively, including related documentation, “Updates”). Updates may modify or delete certain features and/or functionalities of the Application. You agree that the Company has no obligation to (i) provide any Updates, or (ii) continue to provide or enable any particular features and/or functionalities of the Application to You. You further agree that all updates or any other modifications will be (i) deemed to constitute an integral part of the Application, and (ii) subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

The Application may be updated for certain reasons, including, without limitation, to increase Application functionality, to patch or improve Application stability, new versions, and the like (collectively, "Updates"). By installing for the Application, you agree and provide your unequivocal consent to such automatically requested and received remote Updates, and that such Updates are subject to this Agreement.

The Company may from time to time provide enhancements or improvements to the features/functionality of the Application, which may include patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades and other modifications. 9.2. Updates may modify or delete certain features and/or functionalities of the Application. You agree that the Company has no obligation to (i) provide any Updates, or (ii) continue to provide or enable any particular features and/or functionalities of the Application to You. 9.3. You further agree that all updates or any other modifications will be (i) deemed to constitute an integral part of the Application, and (ii) subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Updates to the Application. Welld may from time to time in its sole discretion develop and provide Application updates, which may include upgrades, bug fixes, patches, other error corrections, and/or new features (collectively, including related documentation, “Updates”). Updates may also modify or delete certain features and functionality. You acknowledge that Welld has no obligation to provide any Updates or to continue to provide or enable any particular features or functionality. Based on your Mobile Device settings, when your Mobile Device is connected to the internet either: (a) the Application will automatically download and install all available Updates; or (b) you may receive notice of or be prompted to download and install available Updates. You shall promptly download and install all Updates and acknowledge that the Application or portions thereof may not properly operate should you fail to do so. You further agree that all Updates will be deemed part of the Application and be subject to all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
