Updating Description of Facilities. If the Customer constructs any new structures or any new Equipment pursuant to this clause 7: (a) Customer to provide plans: the Customer will, within 30 Business Days from the date of completion of such works, provide Transpower with an as-built plan of the completed works (in a form which is reasonably acceptable to Transpower (acting reasonably)); and (b) Transpower to update Schedule: Transpower will, within 10 Business Days from the date of receipt of such plan, update the descriptions of the Facilities and Facilities Area contained in appendix
