Common use of Updating of Exhibits and Disclosure Documents Clause in Contracts

Updating of Exhibits and Disclosure Documents. The Seller shall notify the Purchaser of any changes, additions, or events which may cause any change in or addition to any schedules or exhibits delivered by the Seller pursuant to this Agreement promptly after the occurrence of the same and again at the Closing by delivery of appropriate updates to all such schedules and exhibits. No such notification made pursuant to this section shall be deemed to cure any breach of any representation or warranty made in this Agreement, unless the Purchaser specifically agrees thereto in writing nor shall any such notification be considered to constitute or be a waiver by the Purchaser of any condition set forth in this Agreement.
