Common use of Upfront Commitment Fee Clause in Contracts

Upfront Commitment Fee. On or before the date of execution of this Agreement, Borrowers shall pay to Bank a nonrefundable commitment fee of Thirty Five Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($35,000.00).
