Common use of Upfront Fees Clause in Contracts

Upfront Fees. The Borrowers jointly and severally promise to pay to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Lenders in immediately available funds on or before the Closing Date an upfront fee (the “Upfront Fee”) as outlined in that certain letter agreement dated as of January 17, 2013 by and among the Joint Lead Arrangers, the Lead Banks (as defined therein) and the Borrowers.

Upfront Fees.
