Upkeep and Cleaning Sample Clauses

The Upkeep and Cleaning clause outlines the responsibilities of parties regarding the maintenance and cleanliness of a property or premises. Typically, it specifies which party is responsible for routine cleaning, repairs, and general upkeep, and may set standards or schedules for these activities. For example, a tenant might be required to keep the premises tidy and report any maintenance issues, while the landlord handles major repairs. This clause ensures that the property remains in good condition throughout the term of the agreement, preventing disputes over cleanliness and maintenance obligations.
