Upload of Files. a) Customer shall submit the Remote Deposit Capture transmission (containing one or more Check Images) to Bank prior to the daily Cut-off time established by Bank from time to time for the receipt of Remote Deposit Capture. Cut-off times are posted within the Remote Deposit Capture Service program. Any Remote Deposit Capture transmission received by Bank after its daily Cut-off time shall be deemed to have been received by Bank at the opening of its next Business Day.
