Upon Acquisition of Acceleron by Certain Third Parties. Subsequent to an acquisition of Acceleron by a designated Third Party set forth in Schedule 3.7, Celgene shall be solely responsible for conducting all Development activities of each Licensed Compound or related Licensed Product in the Field.
