Upon Bankruptcy. Either Dyax or Genzyme may terminate this Agreement with the consequences set forth in Section 13.3.4 below upon the bankruptcy, insolvency, dissolution or winding-up of the other Party, except in the case of a petition in bankruptcy filed involuntarily against a Party, if such petition is dismissed within sixty (60) days of the date of its filing.
