Common use of Upon Death or For Disability Clause in Contracts

Upon Death or For Disability. The Executive's employment with Xxxxxx shall immediately terminate upon his death without any further action. Xxxxxx shall have the right to terminate the Executive's employment immediately upon delivery of notice to the Executive as a result of the Executive's Disability. For purposes of this Agreement, a "DISABILITY" shall be deemed to have occurred
