Common use of Upon Death Clause in Contracts

Upon Death. The Executive’s employment hereunder shall terminate automatically upon the death of the Executive. The Company shall pay to the Executive’s beneficiaries or estate, as appropriate, the compensation to which he is entitled pursuant to Section 5.1 through the end of the month in which death occurs.
