Upon Non-renewal of Agreement at end of Term. If the Executive’s employment hereunder is terminated due to non-renewal of this Agreement, the Company shall pay or provide (as applicable) to the Executive the same payments and benefits to which the Executive would have been entitled had he been terminated without cause in accordance with Section 6(c) of this Agreement.
