Common use of Upon Termination for Total Disability Clause in Contracts

Upon Termination for Total Disability. In the event that the Company elects to terminate the employment of the Executive pursuant to Section 3.2(b) because of his Total Disability, (i) the Company shall pay to the Executive a lump-sum amount equal to the Standard Termination Payment, and (ii) the Executive shall be entitled to such disability and other employee benefits as may be provided under the terms of the Company's employee benefit plans.
