Upon the death of the Second Grantor. Upon the death of the second-to-die of the Grantors, the trust assets contributed by the second-to-die of the Grantors shall be distributed to whomever among the issue of the second-to-die of the Grantors shall appoint said assets by a Will that specifically references this special power of appointment. All such trust assets not distributed in accordance with the exercise of such appointment shall be distributed to the Grantors’ children, in equal shares, per stirpes.
