If You are a resident of the United States when You enter into this Agreement, You also agree that the terms of the UPS® Branded Tracking Agreement available at <xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/assets/resources/media/en_US/branded-tracking.pdf> will govern Your use of the UPS® Branded Tracking service from UPS if UPS separately authorizes You to use such service.
