Common use of Upwork’s Data Subject Request Assistance Clause in Contracts

Upwork’s Data Subject Request Assistance. Customer agrees that Upwork will (taking into account the nature of the processing of Customer Personal Data) reasonably assist Customer in fulfilling an obligation to respond to requests by data subjects described in Section 9.2.1 (Customer’s Responsibility for Requests), including, if applicable, Customer’s obligation to respond to requests for exercising the data subject’s rights laid down in Chapter III of the GDPR, by complying with the commitments set out in Section 9.1 (Access; Rectification; Restricted Processing; Portability) and Section 9.2.1 (Customer’s Responsibility for Requests).
