Common use of Urgent Security Issues Clause in Contracts

Urgent Security Issues. In the event of an urgent security issue, Cloudmore may suspend the Services or associated End-User account. Suspension will be to the minimum extent required, and for the minimum duration, to prevent or resolve the security issue. If Cloudmore suspends the Services or End-User account without prior notice to You, We will, at Your request, provide You the reason for the suspension as soon as is reasonably possible.

If Cloudmore suspends the Services Platform or End-User account Account, for any reason, without prior notice to You, We will, at Your request, provide You the reason for the suspension as soon as is reasonably possible.
