Common use of US Credit Facility Clause in Contracts

US Credit Facility. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the table set forth in clause (a) of the definition of “Applicable Rate” and the provisions of Sections 2.01, 2.02, 2.04, 2.05, 2.06 (other than subsection (b) thereof), 2.07(a), 2.10(a), 2.11(a) and 2.16(a) may be amended or waived by the Required US Lenders or, if required by Section 10.01(a)(iv), each US Lender directly affected thereby, without the consent of the Canadian Lender.

US Credit Facility.
