Common use of U.S. Currency Clause in Contracts

U.S. Currency. All payments hereunder shall be made in lawful United States currency and shall in no case be refundable. If OEM receives payment in foreign currencies, the amount of its License Fees to RSA shall be calculated using the closing exchange rate published in The Wall Street Journal, Western Edition, on the last business day such journal is published in the calendar quarter immediately preceding the date of payment.
