Common use of U.S. Dollar Equivalents Clause in Contracts

U.S. Dollar Equivalents. Except as otherwise set forth in Section 4.07(e), whenever it is necessary to determine whether the Issuer has complied with any covenant in this Indenture or a Default has occurred and an amount is expressed in a currency other than U.S. dollars, such amount shall be treated as the U.S. Dollar Equivalent determined as of the date such amount is initially determined in such currency.
