Common use of U.S. Export Laws and Regulations Clause in Contracts

Each Party hereby acknowledges that the marketing rights and information disclosure requirements of this Agreement are subject to the laws and regulations of the United States relating to the export of products and technical information. Without limitation, each Party shall comply with all such laws and regulations. Each Party will comply with U.S. and international laws and regulations in connection with their activities required or permitted under this Agreement including manufacturing, distribution, marketing and labeling of Products.
