Common use of U.S. Government Clause in Contracts

U.S. Government. If the Software is licensed to Customer for use in the performance of a U.S. Government prime contract or subcontract, Customer agrees that, consistent with FAR 12.211 and 12.212, commercial computer software, computer software documentation and technical data for commercial items are licensed under Xxxxxxx’s standard commercial license.

U.S. Government. If the Software software is licensed to Customer you for use in the performance of a U.S. Government prime contract or subcontract, Customer agrees that, you agree that consistent with FAR 12.211 and 12.212, commercial computer software, computer software documentation and technical data for commercial items are licensed under Xxxxxxx’s Kadence's standard commercial licenselicense or the standard commercial license of Kadence’s authorized Distributor and Reseller.

If the Software software is licensed to Customer you for use in the performance of a U.S. Government prime contract or subcontract, Customer agrees that, you agree that consistent with FAR 12.211 and 12.212, commercial computer software, computer software documentation and technical data for commercial items are licensed under Xxxxxxx’s Chargifi's standard commercial licenselicense or the standard commercial license of Chargifi’s authorized Distributor and Reseller.
