Common use of US Intellectual Property Clause in Contracts

US Intellectual Property. Schedule 5(A) hereto sets forth information sufficient for filing in proper form with the United States Patent and Trademark Office with respect to all of the Material Intellectual Property of each Grantor (other than Goodyear Canada, Inc.) consisting of US Patents and US Trademarks, including the name of the registered or beneficial owner, the registration or patent number, and the registration date or date granted for each such Patent and Trademark owned by any such Grantor. Schedule 5(B) hereto sets forth information sufficient for filing in proper form with the United States Copyright Office with respect to all of each Grantor’s Material Intellectual Property consisting of Copyrights, including the name of the registered owner, the registration number and the registration date of each Copyright owned by any such Grantor.
