Common use of U.S. Legends on Common Shares Clause in Contracts

U.S. Legends on Common Shares. Each certificate representing Common Shares and Warrants comprising the Units issued upon conversion of Debentures bearing the U.S. Legend (or in lieu of cash as interest thereon) shall have imprinted or otherwise reproduced thereon the U.S. Legend with appropriate adjustments.
