US$ Note Registrar. The Issuer, at the direction of the Manager, hereby appoints the US$ Note Registrar as its initial note registrar in respect of the US$ Notes upon the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement and the US$ Note Registrar hereby accepts that appointment.
