U.S. Owners as Parents. Anytime a parent-subsidiary relationship exists between the U.S. Owners and the Company, the facility clearance and exclusion requirements of NISPOM Rule § 117.9(j) will apply notwithstanding anything in this Agreement.
U.S. Owners as Parents. Anytime a parent-subsidiary relationship exists between the U.S. Owners and the Company, (i.e., the U.S. Owner holds a majority of the Ownership Interests in the Company), the facility clearance and exclusion requirements shall apply notwithstanding anything in this Agreement.
