Each Funding Agent and Non-Conduit Purchaser that is subject to the requirements of the U.S. Patriot Act (Title III of Pub.: 107-56 (the “Patriot Act”) hereby notifies ABRCF that, pursuant to Section 326 thereof, it is required to obtain, verify and record information that identifies ABRCF, including the name and address of ABRCF and other information allowing such Funding Agent and Non-Conduit Purchaser to identify ABRCF in accordance with the Patriot Act.
