Each Senior Finance Party (for itself and not on behalf of any other Senior Finance Party) hereby notifies each of Holdings and the Borrower that, pursuant to the requirements of the U.S. Patriot Act, such Senior Finance Party is required to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each of Holdings and each other Credit Party, which information includes the name and address of each such Credit Party and other information that will allow such Senior Finance Party to identify each such Credit Party in accordance with the U.S. Patriot Act.
